A rough guideline for daily caloric intake: Multiply your ideal body weight by 10 (i.e., 1,200 calories if you want to weigh 120 pounds) and then add another 600 calories if you're moderately active, a few hundred more if you're very active. Divide those calories out across the day to keep yourself well fed.

In response to skyrocketing healthcare costs for employers, Exigence Healthcare Solutions creates customized Wellness programs. We work with employers, their employees and a host of healthcare professionals to design and deliver effective, sustainable programs that promote employee buy-in and inspire success.

- Health risk appraisal: Wellness assessments, including health screenings, are conducted for each employee participant.
- A personal wellness report: We customize an individual report for each employee. This includes an employee-driven action plan.
- Exercise plan: A realistic exercise program is created for each individual that matches their life style.
- Health advice line: Our Wellness Coaches are available for consultations on topics that promote healthy living.
